I guess what he/she meant by the word  "decis" - is  disease  which mean illness in general or health problems...

Maybe what he/she wanna say is " Is there any disease or health problems among your family?"

This is the question ask by other ob-gyne or doctor to any pregnant women. They ask about the history of the pregnant women, about the husband and the family history...

This is just my guess but i dont mean generally about my idea...

I wish every language would be as phonetic as Turkish. If things are written down the way they are heard, you have to speak them out loud, to get the original spoken word again

(keeping in mind the nationality of the one who wrote it down).

Terrible language, this English:

a - ei        crate / neighbour

o - oa       told / boat

f - gh        french / laugh

o - i          women / tipsy

e - ai        went / chair

ite - ight   write / night

my language Tagalog, is pretty much the same with turkish, based on phonetics. It´s pronounced the same way it is spelled. And it´s easy for me to read Turkish except there is this....ý, ö, ü.... which i get mixed up when it comes to pronunciation... and Turkish grammar is very complicated...
