Merih, while I greatly sympathize with the Palistenian cause, I do not approve of making this a Jew problem. The problem is with the Israeli governent policies. There are many diverse views in Israel. In fact, there is more criticism of their govermental policies there than in the US. There are Jews who want peace and put their lives on the line to attain it. There are many Israeli peace groups.

Here, take a look at some of them...

Corruption, greed hardness of heart exists in every society. One does not know what is in their soul until opportunity presents itself.

Like all peoples, there are good Jews and bad Jews. There are those who make valuable contributions to the whole world, and those who don´t.

Obviously Alameda, the problem is not a Jew problem, like 911 was not a Muslim problem..  There are always good people and bad people in every religion, race and country...

Interesting read the "Hamas Charter".

Points well noted...

"Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it." (The Martyr, Imam Hassan al-Banna, of blessed memory).

"There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors."

Well, are you saying that nobody tried anything but suddenly started firing rockets into Israel...  I think this jihad approach is wrong... but if you don´t do just to others , this is what happens at the end.

And that is what exactly the western countries do.. Look at US, they said we have proof that Iraq has nuclear weapons.. they killed thousands, thousands of them killed, but they found nothing.  Then they said, sorry, but stilled hanged Saddam, and they said they want to bring democracy to Iraq and give them a humanitarian life... So why don´t they worry for Palestine when it comes to doing just?  Because it was not just what they did in Iraq in the first place.

It is very funny.  You think it is okay, a country in an other continent will go to another continent, declare war, kill thousands, declare anyone who resist them terrorist, is OKAY, but not the Palestinians..

Realy, have you just sense checked.

Teaschip....you didn´t read my post earlier....here read...if you dare...

To put it in a nutshell.......the problem is the Israelis have taken over the Palestinians land (with a lot of help from others, most notably the British in the early days) and are continueing to expand, leaving the Palestinians no place to live.

There is no defined border to Israel. The idea is Eretz Israel is the border of Israel. Of course, those who live in those lands don´t like it.

The Likud party does not accept the idea of a Palestinian state...period.

Here, read the Likud Charter for more information.

The ´Peace & Security´ chapter of the Likud Party platform “flatly rejects the establishment of a Palestinian Arab state west of the Jordan river.” The chapter continues: “The Palestinians can run their lives freely in the framework of self-rule, but not as an independent and sovereign state.

Hamas does not accept the state of Israel either.......so there you have a problem. I think Hamas has revised it´s ideas in the last few years to the acceptance of Israel within certain confines.

After years of pograms, the Spanish Inquisition, the Holocost and other hideous incidents, the Jewish people wanted a "homeland"....The present day location was chosen due to historic roots...The Promised Land.....the only problem was....there were people living on it.

Claims have been received by the BBC and an Israeli human rights group that Israeli troops have fired on Gaza residents trying to escape the conflict area.

[...] "They told us you all have to go to the centre of the town, where the school is.

"We put the women first, and we put our children on our shoulders, with white bandanas on their heads.

"When we were walking, with the women first, they saw soldiers and they started to shout to them, to tell them ´we have children, we have children´. They started to shoot us. My aunt was killed with a bullet in her head."

Bin Laden message: Stop ´aggression´ against Gaza

Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden has apparently released a new audio message calling for a jihad, or holy war, against Israel for its Gaza campaign.

This slaughter should really has to stop...

There is fire everywhere in Gaza... they have no Fire extinguishing facilities... people are trapped in their houses...

UN shelter and warehouse was hit... the aid sent for the Palestinians are burnings.

Not confirmed yet, but reports are coming in saying a hospital with 500 patients in it was also hit...

What is the excuse?  Isn´t it a genocide?  What is the world waiting for?
