i dont know. i didnt hear before. i thought it should be "uyuz" but im still not sure what does s/he mena with "uyus"
May be he means UYUS, but most probably using like a nick name.. no worries.

and what is the diffence between go back and leave ?
...and I thought gitmek = to go/leave and dönmek = to go back/return

you are right, to leave means gitmek / ayrýlmak.. but if you look at the context, somebody has come to meet, and obviously that person is going back soon to where she came from...
