Not much.. i did not mean yours is wrong.. i just made my own translation and it sounded just better... anyway, I think UYUS is a name or how he / she calls her / him.. On the phone?

i dont know. i didnt hear before. i thought it should be "uyuz" but im still not sure what does s/he mena with "uyus"

May be he means UYUS, but most probably using like a nick name.. no worries.

you are right, to leave means gitmek / ayrýlmak.. but if you look at the context, somebody has come to meet, and obviously that person is going back soon to where she came from...
