this sentence is a quite funny way of playing with the mottos of two mobile service companies.
Let me try to explain the word-play here..
"Turkcell gibi çekemem" makes an allusion to Turkcell´s slogan which claimes the largest service area in Turkey. But "çekemem" also means "I can not bear/tolerate".
Hope it is clearer now.
