You, your hair and your girl will definitely be invited to our wedding then, but we really need to find a sollution for the AlphaF-problem. I won't let my day be ruined!
From now on, I will give you and Lyndie around 5 years to get it all sorted. By that time the invitation should be on your doormat |
5 years later, my hair will be gone and my daughter will be continuing the fight with Lyndie. Can't you make it a bit sooner? |
In 5 years, me and Alpha will be retired and living in Miami!

Also, earlier this evening I had a first vaccin against Hepatitis A. There, they adviced me to come for another re-vaccin of the same, also one for Hepatitis B and anotehr re-vaccin of Hepatitis right before I leave in September.. and another one for common illnesses. I HATE GETTING VACCINATED.
|
Why do you get vaccinated? :-S It's the rule of Türkiye for entrance or what? I've been abroad as well, but have never got vaccinated.

Hepatitis A is a very common illness in Turkey for western people. Usually the sanitaire hygiene is not as high as the Dutch standards, so my body is not used to any small kind of virus, whereas yours probably softly has been attacked since you were a child. So your body made an anti-virus system, as if you were immune. I'm not immune to it at all and could get very ill from eating food that is washed with infected water. Even swimming in the sea could get me the desease, which is more spread in summer than afterwards.
Hepatitis B is not such a common illness in Turkey, but more ocmmon than in Holland anyway, and if I'm gonna stay for a longer period in a non-western country, my body will go through major changes and will be weak. So easily infectable.
The one for other common illnesses would I also get if i stay in Holland. It's just something you get when you are young, and need again when you turn 19
The repeat-vaccins make sure that you are protected for a period of at least 25 years..

Well probably your body is quite strong against it. Vaccinations are expensive. Today I had one vaccin, my sis had one in a small doses, and my parents both had 2.. and this costs us over 200 euros :-S Add my 4 to come and that would be 2 tickets for me back to Holland for holiday
But we gonna try to get our insurance to cover it up, as doctors advice them

Friday morning I will go to the Embassy. I won't be online till Monday probably, but i hope i can come back with good news
The bad news is that, Kadir feels really bad about his exams. This means it is likely that he has to take the final resit in August. As I'm there at the end of July, that would be his studying time for the exam. I hope the rest of his exams go well so that he won't have to take it, otherwise it will mean we can't spend so much time together again. If I ever get to lay my hands on 'fate', i'll kick its ass

Dear friends,
Last friday, I got my Turkish visa in my passport It took some hours waiting in a big Turkish crowd with no one speaking Dutch, but i managed to struggle through and got my visa I'm very happy about this, as it gives concrete forms to my plans. Still, my parents are not sure if they want me to go. At least, they wonder where to get the money from. This is the reason I haven't been online much.. I'm working my bum off to save up at least a 1000€, to show them I'm willing to work hard for it. I just hope it all goes allright, but thought I should letyou know i got the visa.
Secondly, i had to sign a paper in which i said i was aware of the fact i cannot work in Turkey with the visa i received, but also that I have to go to the police department within one month of arrival, to confirm my stay and to pay for this. I already paid 55 euros for the visa-sticker, and I wonder what these costs are? I couldn't find them out, can someone tell me where I might find more info?
Thanks.
