I can understand some parts but cannot give a sense to the whole sentence 
I thought dilli would do this! My attempt is:
Actually he/she says to me that I don´t want you, still you persist, he/she says I think your mind is sick. If he/she fights people that he/she loves is he/she mad? I don´t understand is love madness?
I have great doubts that this completely correct but maybe you can add to what you thought and make sense of it.
