The status info "Arrived to the Visa Department" states that the Institution has received your application and it is now being evaluated in the institution.  Please keep on checking your application status and following updates from this website.

It is all up to the consulate´s decision whether your application will be approved or rejected and please know that because all applications differ from each other, it may take a little bit longer for some applications to be approved than others.  In some cases, ECO may send the file to London for detailed investigation.  If that happens, it may take up to 6 months for the application to be concluded.
