I was just listening 'Yaşamak ne güzel şey' from Nilüfer, while reading 'Leven in Turkije' (life in turkey), a magazine about.. well turkey

And i was filled with a silent sadness that i'm here. So no, you are really not the only one who feels weird sometimes I wonder how Türkiye has been able to crack me open so much for emotions, where i actually always was a quite cold, distant girl. I've become full of fire and each emotion has become so much stronger. Ohh but i must stop talking like a melancholic fool.

Well I remembered this forum when I was eating my first (and probably last) kokoreç last night. I always thought it looked delicious, but had never seen it cut open.. which was when I started to doubt if i wanted to eat or not. From the outside it looks really nice and crispy, but when it gets cut you see the inside which is sort of white and 'slimy wet..' Being fully aware of what was inside, I wanted to try anyway as I had been curious to it for such a long time.

First I thought it was not too bad. Im rather fond of things that are crispy and fat at the same time But the real crispy parts that are dark have a very heavy taste and i didnt really like it.. and the very fat parts feel like snails in your mouth.. I probably had too many thoughts while eating it, so I liked the first few bites and then found it less an less attractive till I ordered an adana durum

Kadir told me that if Turkey joins the EU, this will be forbidden. I wonder why? (especially after having read they have similar food in Belgium and Greece?) And İ ate brain in france, so I wonder what the would be wrong with bağırsak?

yea i love turkish coz since i started joining this website, instead of reading newspaper, i read the lessons here and let my assistant update me with the news heheheee. And also, all things sent to me by my friends from turkey are being displayed in my office including pictures of Tarkan. Every morning when i arrive at work, i greet my officemates with turkish greetings and teaches them turkish as if i am fluent and have a great command of this languagelol
