I do hope I did not understand it.. If so, first guess was correct, but I thought it was such stupidity it couldnt be true At least it was headed under ´sivri zekalý´ 
Alpha, does any Turk when seeing such a picture, understand what is tested?

perhaps it´s these sort of standards that are preventing Turkey joining the EU ha ha  I´m sure the EU is at least 15 decibels
