|
"yardım etiyor" is not right.it should be "yardım ediyor".t becomes d because of the vowel harmony.with "pek güç" you mean "very hard" i guess.but you should say "çok zor" because güç means power(and güçlü means powerful)and zor means hard.and that`s why in turkish is bu yüzden.

He doesn’t have his own room – O kendi odası yoktur.
This is he himself. – Bu kendi.
He comes here every evening – O herkes gün buraya gidiyor.
What a talented person it is! – Ne istidatli kişi!
We are standing in front of a 5-storey building – Beş kat binan önünde duruyoruz.
There is a big garden behind this building – Bu binaın arkasında büyük bahçe var.
I’m dissatisfied with you – Sizden memnun değilim.
Look at this dog. – Bak bu köpeği.
I appreciate it!
