Quoting bod

Quote:

I am watching the news every morning // her sabah haberleri izliyorum

I am not watching the news every night // her akþam haberleri izlemiyorum

I don´t understand why haber-ler-i izliyorum and not haberi izliyorum.

Can someone explain?

This is not relevant with Turkish. "NEWS" = "haberler,  haber"

Im watching the news on tv = TV´de haberleri izliyorum or TV´de haber izliyorum.

Any news from her ?  Ondan bir haber var mý ?

As you see "news" is meaning for haber/haberler in Turkish. In deed you can not use "NEW" for meant "haber" cause  meaning of "new" in Turkish "yeni".

Quoting keren

We will not go to school tomorrow // yarýn okulda gidmeyeceðiz

 Yarýn okula gitmeyeceðiz.

(i) the noun takes -e or -a not -da. To school: okula

(ii) It is gitmek (not gidmek) so it should be t not d
