 Sorry to get involved but just for those who are English learners. This actually has no meaning as it is.

 

Don´t mess around would carry one meaning , and don´t mess up another ..not sure which or the two you wanted , but both together doesn´t work.

 i didnt say "dont mess around".. i said, "dont MESS around UP".. meaning dont mess the things up.. whatever.. my english works just fine for me..

 ok ..As i said it was not for you it was for other english learners..

 

 dont MESS around UP has no meaning .....with or without your capital letters

 

If you felt that you had to comment about my post, it would be better to read fully what I wrote without getting defensive (as i feel you didn´t get what I meant ) , it was not meant as a criticism to you .

capitals can change the meaning sometimes..
