When you use "olsa" and when "olursa" . I couldnt make the diffrence 
´olsa´ dilek manasýndan kullanýlýr ´ keþke hava güneþli olsa, böylece pikniðe gidebiliriz´
´olursa´ þart kipidir yani mesela ´ hava güzel olursa , pikniðe gitcez´

´olsa´ is wish clause ´ I wish weather will be sunny , so we can go to picnic´
´olursa´ is condition clause for example ´ if weather will be sunny , we will go to picnic´
