Quote:

can I say: ben öðretmen or I shall say  öðretmenim

"Öðretmenim" is enough as the m already indicates that the subject is "Ben". However, depending on the context, "Ben öðretmenim" or "Ben bir öðretmenim" is just fine. "Ben öðretmen" or "Öðretmen ben" might also be acceptable in some situations.

I just find some difficult with turkish

I am trying hard but my turkish steel so bad

for example names can take suffix of past tens

It makes me crazy

also (mi) can take the same suffix like (miydi)

I can use tenses with verbs but become conffused with nouns

i can understand that... if you´re not used to noun sentences its different, but you´ll become used to it!

think of the verb olmak on the end of the sentence but without a space. that is all!

öðrenciydiniz - you were students

öðrenci miydiniz? - were you students?

when you sepparate it you just ´see the verb´ ýn the suffýx:

öðrenci-y-di-niz

noun-buffer-verb-person

öðrenci mi-y-di-niz

noun question particle-buffer-verb-person
