Mashallah - Its Arabic as far as I´ve been told and its something someone would say if they see or feel something good which they are thankful for.

I think they may be using slang??

 i am only a learner so i dont know if this is right, but my try is

ne = what

ses = sound, noise, voice

ya = oh

war = ???

not sure if its the correct order or the right words, maybe someone who knows more than me can correct

I can´t explaýn what maþallah mean exactly..

Maþallah= from arabic=may God preserve him/her from evil, it can be like ´ wonderful´ too

War=Var= there are

most probably someone sings a song very good or there is a a big loudspeaker.

so right word should be "voice", not "noise"
