Quoting AlphaF

Two guys married to a pair of sisters are bacanak (s) to each other.

In slang, if you call a friend "bacanak", the implication is that you are interested in his wife´s (or girlfriend´s) sister.

Now that is useful knowledge to keep in mind

That´s news to me! lol   I´ve lived and worked in Turkey alongside some of the "male" population, and quite a few of them used the term "bacanak" with our work colleagues, but most of them weren´t married, and some weren´t even lucky enough to have a girlfriend!

But I´ still confused as to what exactly the last part of this sentence actually means!

alem bu iste yaaaaa!

(of course the "a" has the symbol above it)

Anyone?  x

Deli Kizins explanation of the first creates context to explain the 2nd line.

"I couldn´t pass with out watching"

What sorts of things are like that.   Parties, dances, songs, Magic acts?

So I get from the second line would be like  "Hey who are these guys (Bacanaklar) behold".

(works for me).

izlemeden gecmyim

neci bunlar yav bacanak alem bu iste yaaa

Just two little sentences,,,, please anyone?  Thank you

 I shouldn´t miss watching it.

What do they do for a living, mate, this is what the world is like.

Neci bunlar means, what is their profession, as -ci suffix normally shows a persons profession as in:

ayakkabý - ayakkabýcý

gözlük - gözlükçü

For bacanak, the husbands´ of 2 sisters call each other this way, but i have never heard of anything like what Alpha has said, that he is interested in your wife...  Normally they use it unofficially, like the boyfriends of the best girls friends... and sometimes people make a habit of saying this word to each other, even there is absolutely no relation.
