what does "you are welcome my dear" means?

whose brother´s darling is she? (said proudly )

But sometimes turks use ne demek when you have thanked them , like meaning no need for thanks

 

so maybe this sentence says

 

you are welcome my sweet no need to thank

 

 

maybe?Confused

I am sure that´s true, because I wrote to my friend "Teþekkürler" and then she wrote that to me???

Then deli is right, it is used in the meaning she pointed out.  Your friend just said "you are welcome, no problem"...

 yenge means  uncle´s wife...where did you get from ´brother´s darling´ ???
