For all girls who want to take private turkish lessons online beware! There are turkish teachers (between us) who can transform a lesson in sexual haressment! Dont be naive and ask before one of the admins from this site if they know a trustable teacher. Otherwise you can become victim of a pervert mind and loose the money you paid for lessons.

Thanks for the warning Reyhan.  People should always be cautious about people wanting money for Turkish Lesson...especially for a service you can get for free on this site!

(I always knew my husband didn´t REALLY want to teach me Turkish!)

Neither do I.

Yes, be careful before you accept someone´s overly friendly offer to help you learn Turkish. Understand that there are many users here who come to this site just to harass unsuspecting females. Most of the time they don´t ask for any money, but if they ever do, DO NOT PAY, unless it´s a renowned, well established institution that you can verify the existence of.

Rules of thumb:

- do not believe the "friendly" Turkish men who insist they want to teach you on msn

- do not let anyone come to your house unless you know this person well

- never give out any personal information like address, phone number.. etc.

- do not pay for any lesson that you haven´t received FIRST

- verify the qualifications of the teachers - if they really are teachers, they will be able to prove it

- be aware that there are some perverted men out there who are looking for females that they can harass online

- if anybody ever asks you inappropriate or personal questions, stop talking to this person immediately and report him to the site administrators

- always be careful!
