Yes anam is a slang expression. Which you can rarerly hear. which means a kind of baby, love, honey, lovey

So My try:

I am talking to you lovey.  (Although I found the wors lovey from dictionary and I am not very sure of it)

I wonder..can I use annem like here

 Yes Toggle, I think "lovey" is a very good word to use this way.

hmmm....it is a term of endearment but probably only used by people over about 80 years´ old in the UK!!!  I think I remember my grandmother using the word!
