My try as learner. I´m not quite sure about it (and it is bit literal...) so it will be better to wait for someone more advanced to check or correct it.

-su vasiyet konusu içün haber bekliyorum senden annem unutma beni taam mı

I´m waiting to hear from you about that last will, mom. Don´t forget about me, ok ?

-ben onu sordum fatma aynısını söyledi sonra konuşuruz

I´ve asked him/her, Fatma said the same thing, we will talk later.

-kime sordun annem kerem zaten benm bildiklerimi bilio sadece...baska türlü öğrenmek lazım

Whom did you ask, mom? Anyway, Kerem knows only the things that I know. It is necessary to learn in another way (I´m really not sure about this sentence).

-yok başkasına sordum

No, I asked someone else.

-doğru yani?

In other words, it is ok (right) ? <- Really not sure about it...

-evet öyle dedi

Yes, he/she said that (or "said like this").

-off yaaaaa (( neyse kerem eskiye göre daha iyi aşıyo yavaş yavaş ama aile çok önemli...neyse işin vardır oyalamiim seni..çok saol annem yaa...

(I don´t understand anything in this sentence - here is "quite literal" translation)

Ooooofffff... Anyway, according to "old" (eski -> maybe it means "elder" ?) Kerem lives (I think it is "yaşıyo", not "aşıyo") much better, slowly, but family is very important... Anyway, you have your own affairs, I´m distracting you... Thank you so much, mum!

-TAMAM SONRA GÖRÜŞÜRÜZ

Ok, see you later.

I have no idea - but as far as I know "ana" simply means "mom" (dictionary says that form "anne" is used in İstanbul).

Annem = Usually moms use to call their kids.. for example :

- Hadi kalk annem, okula geç kalacaksın!

So as you can see here, she use "annem" as kid´s name..
