I noticed this at the end of a translation gokuyum had translated... WOndering if translation is okay.

I think you are referring to this thread - nothing wrong with Gokuyum´s translation.  I think the post you quoted is just pointing out that ´kardeş´ (sibling) can also be translated as ´friend´.  As Gokuyum is Turkish with a good knowledge of English I am sure he has the translation correct!

 My brother/sister refers to my friend in that thread. If you watch TV series Lost,you can see Desmond says everybody "bro(ther)" (except women) instead of friend. What is the matter i don´t understand?
