With the term "köylü ağzı", a rural idiom or expression is indicated, but not dropping letter r from -yor suffix which is totally different subject matter belonging to a spelling problem coming from the Turkish pronunciation of the r sound.
Meanwhile, peasantry is a social class but not a race that it cannot be subject to racism.

Haha! Lemon has such "side effects" of headache, stomach irritation, anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, muscle pain, flushing of the face, sweating and difficullty conscentrating...She also may cause hallucination
