Gokuyum, sometimes you can be even worse than google translation.  We would normally say, "inşallah/umarım senin de günün iyi geçiyor(dur)"  (I hope your day is passing well also/the day is passing well for you also) or "inşallah/umarım sen de iyi bir gün geçiriyorsun(dur)" ( I hope you are also having a good day), but never "umarım ayrıca iyi bir gün geçiriyorsundur".

I hope you are also having a good day

Meaning 1: I hope that as well as all the other things that are happening to you, you are also having a good day.

e.g.

"I am very busy, I went out shopping this morning, and this afternoon I have to see my friends and go to the cinema"

"I hope you are also having a good day"

Meaning 2: I am having a good day and I hope you are too.

e.g.

"Are you having a good day?"

"Yes, and I hope you are also having a good day"

The other translation "umarım sen de iyi bir gün geçiriyorsun" matches this one.

Probably meaning 2 is more widespread, so I would have used this one, but meaning 1 is not wrong. The original Q is just ambiguous.
