Not necessarily ´your´ honeymoon-but yes,I think so. Don´t know what the ´duyrulur´ means though.

the ´mişti´ tense gives the meaning of ´had done´  (yapmıştım-I had done)

the ´am´ in the middle implies ´can´t do´

so I think all together it means ´I hadn´t been able to do/make.........´

Maybe "duyrulur" is a typo of "duyurulur", which could mean "it will be announced". So maybe the meaning is "I could not make honeymoon, it will be announced (I will announce it) at the right time" ? But that´s just my "learner´s attempt"

Thanks tomac. Doing a Google search of ´duyrulur´ brings back lots of Turkish pages which include that spelling so maybe it is a word in its own right. I guess we need a native turkish speaker to confirm

´duyurulur´ is in the first place the passiv form of "duyurmak"; however it is commonly used at the end of notices to the public - as in "kamuoyuna/ilgilenenlere/yetkililere duyurulur".

In the above context, I think, it could be best translated as "for/to your information".
