I think, deep down there is something about Turks in their minds.

I am not sure it is entirely true, as sometimes, Turkish media writes these type of balloony articles. (Sometimes  I see/hear stories like ´england  is talking about this and that´. But actually it is not the case in reality. Most of the times these things are just  fabrication) But however, if it is true and if they are really protesting, it will be as racist as Turks would protest if Kurdish word milk is written on Turkish milk cartons..

It also says: "The Kronen-Zeitung NÖM Board Alfred Berger says the negative reactions in E-mails: "We made some effort to call us the sender. They come from a certain corner."  A bigot sending multiple mails? However it does not change their shameful attitude to foreigners..  

I see that our well-known member, famous for his Kurdish obsession, has managed to include the Kurds in the discussion.

Because it is Austria, not Turkey. When you go to BIM you don´t have a whole section with English/Greek/Dutch/Whatever labelled food. I think it´s a strange move. Why change it if it´s already clear to people what it is? By changing the name to Turkish there is this division... no no, this isn´t milk for everybody, this is special milk, only for Turkish people. This milk is made and sold in Austria. I guess this is the issue people have with it, they don´t like ethno-marketing. I get it... I get so irritated by English names in Dutch supermarkets

Anyway, I do think they should have kept the name milch, but I think the whole boycot thing that it has led to is just silly.
