Someone asking me this many personal questions would freak me out 100%. I totally agree with Marion also, starting by asking anyone if they are single married etc makes one seem like they are trying it on, it;s too much.
Also I like to think that I am my own person with my own merits and that what my parents do for a living, the money I earn, or where I may live does not define me as a person or how best you may communicate with me. Time but not a list of questions is what I feel is needed to get to know me better, knowing me better then solves the communication issue 
Or just complete a police check and be done with it
