Quoting insallah

 Just a little edit so not to confuse english learners. We would never say he told that. It needs to be , He said that ...or he told me that

 But you use "apparently" very often in your language {#emotions_dlg.lol_fast}

We use muş - müş generally to tell what someone told us or to tell something we haven´t witnessed. We can translate it in many ways. S/he told me that... is not the only way. Because you can also use it when you are talking about a person´s deeds in the past you read in a book. Then you should use past perfect tense to cover muş -müş´s meaning. Also sometimes you have to use present perfect tense. Or you can cover its meaning with using apparently.
