It is a quote from a friend of mine who suffers a severe facial disfigurement and has to deal with some nasty people along the way - and with the topic of face transplants in our news I thought I would put it here. Many people will relate to it I am sure, hence the sobriety (I'm on the gin if you think this is a bit out of character!)
