My attempt, but without correct spelling and Turkish letters, and knowing the context it is difficult. This attempt may not help you much, but here it is, with my guess at the corrected Turkish
Tuana´yı görüyor musun? - Do you see Tuana?
çok olmuş - (would normally mean ´very ripe´, but I guess the writer left out an adjective, maybe ´iyi´, çok iyi olmuş - he/she seems very good)
işi olmamış mı? - Didn´t he/she have work to do?
anlamadım - I did not understand
............either did I

Tuana´yı görüyor musun? - Do you see Tuana?
çok olmuş - (would normally mean ´very ripe´, but I guess the writer left out an adjective, maybe ´iyi´, çok iyi olmuş - he/she seems very good) OR it has become too much
işi olmamış mı? - Didn´t he/she have work to do? di. Hasn´t his job happened?
anlamadım - I did not understand
............either did I

I think your friend´s response (question) was to try and work out what you were attempting to say.
I-si (????) olmak (to be) değil (is not)
I thought your friend then guessed what you tried to say by looking at "I-si":
işi (his/her/the work/job) olmamış (did not happen) mı? (question tag)
thus translated as "Hasn´t his/her job happened? or Didn´t s/he get the job?"
but your friend didn´t understand what you wrote previously.
Maybe if you write it in English someone here can give you a correct Turkish translation of what you wanted to say.

Çok olmuş is a reply to "have you seen Tuana?" and it is "it´s been a long time"
