I think there is one part missing - my try at this one:

even if we suffer a little

çıkarız biz düze

we will go through it

onu bir daha görmeyi inan istemezsin

believe (me), you don´t want to experience it again

(I think that here "görmek" means "to experience"/"live through" ?)

(btw - another surprise for me - we have very similar phrase to "düze çıkmak" ın Polish - "wyjść na prostą" (wyjść = çıkmak, na prostą = düze), which means "to be out of the woods", "to overcome something difficult and be in better situation now" - so meaning is similar, if not the same)
