Is Halloween being celebrated in Turkey??

I didnt see anyone celebrating Halloween in Turkey....ooo wait some may be a few people living in Istanbul ["celebreties,posh people " so called modern people] tries to imitate this activity..] sorry but 99.9999  percent of Turkish people dont celebrate it as it is a western tradition.

And its called " Cadılar Bayramı".
