It seems passive here but it has a meaning "He is in Ankara"

I knew the meaning and I always thought it was passive but I suddenly noticed it could be reflexive, too.
What about this:
Mübarek’in açıklamasını yeterli görülmedim.
görülmek looks like a passive form but in my opinion it doesn´t fit the picture.

"Ankara´da bulunuyor" is reflexive..
..
The sentence should either be
Mübarek´in açıklamasını yeterli görmedim (1st person active )
or
Mübarek´in açıklaması yeterli görülmedi
I think it should be the latter..
Görülmek is passive and fits the picture.. What makes you think that it doesn´t?

No I quoted it correct. It was Mübarek’in açıklamasını yeterli görülmedim. It was here and I saw the video before it disappeared:
http://sahiden.aladagbilisim.com/videos/711/basbakan-erdoganmubarekin-aciklamasini-yeterli-gorulmedim.html
It must have been a misspelling (and of course from all the material this one jumped into my eye). Strange that it was this much wrong in the headline.
After your correction, scalpel, everything is in its place in the sentence even in my opinion.
But as the matter of fact I found it when I was looking for something else. As a result of a serious blackout I couldn’t remember if passive verbs take other persons than sg 3rd. And: yes, they do.
Dün tam 8 kişi tarafından dövüldüm.

"Ankara´da bulunuyor" is reflexive..
Are you sure? Can you give me a link about it? I dont say you are wrong. But it doesnt make sense to me. Can you explain the logic under it?

Yes, I am sure.. In the passive voice, the subject is acted upon by somebody or something. (example: kaçak, polis tarafından Ankara´da tesadüfen bulunuyor ) In the sentence "Ankara´da bulunuyor" (=> He is in Ankara) there is nobody or nothing acting upon the subject, on the contrary, the subject acts upon itself, doesn´t it?

Yes, they do ..
görülürüm - I am seen
görülürsün - you are seen
görülür - he, she, it is seen
görülürüz - we are seen
görülürsünüz - you are seen
görülürler - they are seen
görüldüm - I was seen
görüleceğim - I will be seen
etc.

All right. Thank you. I don´t know why it is so difficult for me to understand there is a real, real subject in a passive clause.
