Are these correct question forms?

Bu yemek samısaklı var mı?
Does this food contain garlic?

Bu yemek samısaksız var mı?
Is this food free from garlic?

I'll give it a try, this is how I would say it

Bu yemeğin içinde samısak var mı?

Bu yemeğin içinde samısak yok mı?

or

Bu yemek samısaklı/samısaksız mı?

But not a combination of -li/-siz and var/yok in one sentence..

Well, the correct questions are as follows,

Bu yemekte sarmısak var mı? = Does this food contain garlic?

Bu yemek sarmısaksız mı? = Is this food free from garlic?

Shouldn't it be 'yemekte' instead of 'yemekde' ?
