Without knowing the whole context we can just speculate. My speculation would be as follows ;

Say the person A has planned a bad joke for his friend B, on 1st of April.

A. Az önce patronun aradı ve beş kişiyi işten çıkarmış. İçlerinde sen de varmışsın.

   [ Your boss has just rang and said He fired 5 people including you ]

B. [ doesnt believe A as he is aware of  April 1st joke] Gerçekten mi ? [is that really ?]

A. [in a sad voice] İnan doğru söylüyorum canım. [Believe me dear, it is true.]

B. [ Laughs out !and says ] 1 Nisannn !!! [ April the first !!]

A. Seni kandıramadım. [ I couldnt get you ...[by this joke]. Senden hariç herkesi kandırdım. [I got everyone except you ]

B. [in a sarcastic voice ] İşte o benim farkım. [ There you see, that is my difference. [ I am not like others ]

   Bir dahakine artık. [ Let´s hope next time you may get me ! ]
