Marmaris, Gumbet and Bodrum are the only places well known here in Liverpool. Everyone goes to Marmaris mainly or Gumbet. When I was in Marmaris last year it was full of scousers!

Quite a lot of irish people were there and said, they thought Turkey had gone expensive, especially the drinks?

If they only come to drink more drinks cheaperly, they're welcome not to come.

I've never gone to Marmaris I feel that I miss a lot of things. My whole life passes in one city.

Yes, but after a time on daily basis it doesn't matter where you're, because most of your time passes in the same places, and it's usually on the same roads in the traffic jam. After a time, you don't even look out of the ship on your daily journey to school or work, you prefer sleeping But when I have time and go around, I discover that it's nice to be here.
Anyway, sometimes people need a new atmosphere.

Lol I agree if people are just coming to Marmaris for the cheap drink then dont bother, isnt a holiday about experiencing a new culture, tasting new cusines, and meeting new people oh and not to mention taking in the local history and sites? You can sit at home and have a cheap four pack of larger but you can get Turkey in your living room..

Oui super! ha ha

I wouldn't mind turkey in my living room or dining room even ha ha. Marmaris is great place to drink along with everything else and can definitely not be compared to a few cans at home!!!
