If somebody can help me with translation of this terms: CONTRACT OF AUTHORSHIP and sides of contract: ORDERING PARTY and CONTRACTOR.

If somebody is willing to help me with translation of full contract I´ll be very grateful, but at least help me with translation of this terms.

CONTRACT OF AUTHORSHIP NO. 1

Concluded between the ordering party …. based in …, represented by … (hereinafter referred to as: ordering party) and

Author: …, born: …, fathers name: …, Address: …; account number: …, opened with business bank: …; address of bank: …; bank code … swift code …- (hereinafter referred to as: contractor) 

Article 1

The contractor shall for the ordering party prepare/carry out the following author work:

- Selecting artists that will participate in Project …

- Curating and setting artworks in the space of the …

- Writing texts for Catalog

Article 2

The contractor shall produce the author work to the ordering party and shall hand it over to the ordering party

Article 3

Contractor agrees to act immediately upon, if any comments of the quality of work, to the ordering party.

Article 4

The ordering party shall use the author work for the needs of … and the contractor shall transfer the right to use the author work to the ordering party. The ordering party shall have an exclusive right within its regular activities.

Article 5

The ordering party is obligated for the creation and the right of use of the author work as specified in Article 5 of this contract and pay to a contractor a fee - income by the amount of  ... EURO (neto)

Article 6

Fee will be paid in two tranches. The first tranche will be in the amount of … EURO and will be paid to a contractor the latest on …, and the remaining amount of the agreed fee no later than ….

Article 7

In the event of a dispute resulting from the Contract, the court in … shall be responsible.

Article 8

The Contract is drawn up in 2 copies, of which each party shall keep one.

Why wouldn´t you use a professional translator for writing up a contract in Turkish? If there are any translation errors, then there may be legal loopholes for the parties concerned. Often there is not a direct English word equivalent in Turkish. How will you know if the translation given is accurate?

At least this is a different request to the usual facebook philosophers and love letter translation requests.

Well, I don´t need profesional translation of this, offical document is on english but they need at least "on some way" to understand it on turkish.

Do you think this could be a TELÌF SÖZLEŞMESI?

In my opinion no, but I´m neither a contract lawyer, nor a Turk.
