I am happy = Ben mutluyum

You are happy = Sen mutlusun

He/She is happy = O mutlu

We are happy = Biz mutluyuz

You (plural) are happy = Siz mutlusunuz

They are happy = Onlar mutlular

my question is when I am saying "he/she is happy" O mutlu and O mutludur means the same? or I am wrong? please help. thx.
