 If you mean all the law that  applies to the rights, relations and conduct of persons and businesses engaged in commerce, merchandising, trade, and sales  ------>>

then  I would say  Commercial  law  and  Trade law   " Ticaret  Hukuku"  

And Company law  is called " Şirketler  Yasası "  or  " Şirketler  Hukuku "
