Use hiç + negated verb in past tense (VERB STEM + MA + DI + M). Mind any vowel and consonant rules you ever learned.

k ---> ğ    , here the letter  "k" changes into   "ğ" when it takes a vowel.

I would say just  "hiç " and use  "yazmak". Sounding better. Since, "çıkarmak" sounds bit odd there. 

Both are phrases meaning about not believing, some kind of "I can´t believe!"
