I have a question about the poem "korkuyorum", is ´ince´ a suffix which means "when" ?? 

and if so is there any difference between it and ´dik + da´ ??

Yağmuru seviyorum diyorsun, 
yağmur yağınca şemsiyeni açıyorsun... 
Güneşi seviyorum diyorsun, 
güneş açınca gölgeye kaçıyorsun... 
Rüzgarı seviyorum diyorsun, 
rüzgar çıkınca pencereni kapatıyorsun... 
İşte,bunun için korkuyorum; 
Beni de sevdiğini söylüyorsun...

To answer your first grammar question, the simple answer is yes, it can mean ´when´ or ´on ----ing´.

This suffix is used in the first of a 2 part sentence, (in an adverbial clause), where the second part happens very shortly after the first part.

It is like a cause and result statement

yağmur yağınca şemsiyeni açıyorsun... 

when it rains you open your umbrella

I also agree with aslan2´s reply that the verb +dik+de/zaman suffix is used more with personal possessive suffixes [p.e. = personal endings]. It is also used mainly with past, present (simple) and present continuous, and on occasions with some future tense.

Generally for future tense verb + ecek + p.e. + de/ zaman is used.
