Difference between these pronouns: Sen and Siz?

On this page --> http://www.turkishclass.com/turkish_lesson_29 there is a chart regarding pronouns. I would like to know what the difference between the first "you" and the second "you" in the chart. In other words what is the difference between "sen" and "siz"

Sen is you singular eg you are speaking to one person.

Siz is you plural e.g if you are speaking to a crowd and say "Thank you for coming"
