I was at the Turkish embassy today for applying for visa. They required me an invitation of an Turkish citizen which is issued by a Publicus Notarius (Noter). Please do an invitation in which you say that you want to invite me to Turkey for one month and the Noter have to stamp that. I have bought tickets to Istanbul on 6 August. Now I don´t really know if everything will be fixed before this day. But if we succeed, I´ll recently come on 6 August. We´ll try together, ok?

Really appreciate your help! Thank you!

My try as learner. Definitely please wait for comments and corrections or better translations from other forum members - unfortunately, I´m not sure about most of my translation below :|

I was at the Turkish embassy today for applying for visa.

Bugün vize başvurusu yapmak için Türkiye Elçiliğideydim.

They required me an invitation of an Turkish citizen which is issued by a Publicus Notarius (Noter).

Orada, Türkiye vatandaşının noterin tarafından onaylatılan daveti onlara getirmemin gereğini söylediler.

Please do an invitation in which you say that you want to invite me to Turkey for one month and the Noter have to stamp that.

Lütfen, beni Türkiye´ye bir ay için davet ediyorsun diye bir davet yapın(*). Bunun noterin tarafından onaylatılması lazım.

I have bought tickets to Istanbul on 6 August. Now I don´t really know if everything will be fixed before this day.

İstanbula 6 Ağustos biletleri aldım. Şimdi her şeyin o günde hazır olup olmadığını bilmiyorum.

But if we succeed, I´ll recently come on 6 August. We´ll try together, ok?

Ama başarı olursamız, 6 Ağustosta geleceğim. Beraber deneyeceğiz, olur mu?

(*) yapın means "do/make", but sounds formal. Please replace it with "yap" if this message should not be formal.

I think the first one should be :

Bugün vize başvurmak için Türkiye Elçiliğideydim.

But I don´t have any idea if you were right at the rest. Is there any native speaker wants to help us?
