yeap it means naughty but sweet child but it usually used for toddlers, rarely used for kids, never used for any child who is older than 5 years old; plus its a old saying, it reminds any turk of a film character in an old turkish movie.

i dont recommend you to use it, it could be awkward

Merhaba,

The word "Yumurcak is a combination of two individual words as "Yumurta=egg" and "Ufak(Ufacık)=small(tiny)

Yumur-ta = Yumur-

Uf-ak=-ak

Yumur-C-ak=small egg

This is used for sweet or naughty kids to claim the adults´ like on them.
