Um i love watermelon when i am in Turkey, but why do they not taste the same back in England?

But bananas don't need sun to ripen. You can pick them green and with heat because of the chemicals inside, they ripen.
Maybe, you talk about Anamur Banana, that's a special small banana species of Türkiye. It's my favourite as well.

Their one big advantage is they don't roll.

And I was just wondering about the bananas, is that why they look so different in Turkey from the one's we've got in Holland? Somehow they look a bit.. you know.. dirty or something.. I've never dared to eat them in Turkey
