I will be posting users whose accounts I remove on this thread from now on. If there is a user with disturbing posts in forums, please send me a private message or an e-mail using the Contact Page. You can also send a private message to the moderator of the forum the message is in.
Similarly, when you receive an offensive private message, I would be happy if you send me a private message and/or mark that message as spam. There are also some users who are sending copied "let's be friends" themed message to hundreds of (female) users. We can spot such users easily if you mark these messages as spam.

freund76, he was reported as a spammer multiple times and continued to send spamming messages after being warned.

I can force e-mail validation for new accounts and keep track of all activated e-mail addresses to make it harder to have many accounts. But the e-mail sending classes I have on this server are a little system specific and I will have to find another server soon, so I am waiting for that before doing anything that relies too much on e-mail.

Are people deleted because they're sending messages like
'Hi, how are you? I'm learning English, do you want to talk to me?'..
I would only call this spam if they can't leave you alone after you've told them you don't want these messages..

I am sure descretion is used when deleting members and how many other members report them as spam.

We started a new way of registering. Right now you have to provide a valid email address and follow a link you'll get in your email in order to register. This will eliminate multiple accounts. If someone was deleted and came back with a new account, just keep marking his messages as spam and we'll get him again.

To me those messages are spam if the sender did not took a few seconds time to look for my name, then it is so anonymous.

We didn't move the server yet, I am trying to delay that as much as possible. Sending e-mail will have to be reevaluated (maybe reimplemented) after the server is moved.

Erm...it doesn't matter if someone is a nice person or not, if they are sending lots of spam, they get deleted .
