Just 2 remarks:

1.'In Ramadan people fast, not only food and drink
they also do not have sex, or what to it could link (kissing & hugging with desire) '

Not in Ramadan, only while we are fasting, but after breaking the fast'İftar'people can have sex, kissing, hugging and what so ever, till time of fasting again,at dawn

2.Zakat: a financial system in Islam in which moneys or other properties are taken from those who qualify to give it and given to those who qualify to take it.

İts money, and not taken, its giving by Muslim's well to obay ALLAH order in sharing the poor in the riches money

İts simply we give a percentage %2.5 from the money that we have and a year pass on it from the time we've got it.

This share we give to the poor,to help them, because we believe that money belong to ALLAH,He gave it to whom He want,we thank ALLAH HE gave it to us,and share the poors, which they could have been us if it was ALLAH well

And we rewarded from ALLAH when we give money to the poor,HE also bless our money too.

ALLAH Karim 'generous'much more than human,so he pay us back for the money we gave

And yes,its not hard for us to fast whole Ramadan, and we wait for this blessing month for the whole year

When we fast,we feel our bodies become healther, and lighter,
And we won't really starve if we didn't eat for 14 hours including the time we sleep,
We even get used to control ourselves and our desires, our anger too
İf we've been insult from other we should say 'ALLAHOME Anni Sayim'
Means ALLAH my wetness that i am fasting,so i won't reply your insult.

İts really a very beautiful month, and it brings joy and blessing to all of Muslim People .

Wish all Muslim and none Muslim people,to have a blessing happy ,and peaceful Ramadan, till the next Ramadan inşallah.

Sorry another question I know that muslims do not eat pork and their red meat has to be slaughtered in a different way, but what about poultry (chicken etc) and fish, does that have to be slauthered in a different way too?
I appreciate all your answers

İ don't know exactly what do you mean about different,
But if it helps,we slaughter everything we eat using knife or so,and the cut would be from the neck, with sharp knife,or so,and quickly ,so it won't tourture the animal
And while doing so,we say ALLAH name, that is a must !

The butcher should say 'Besm ALLAH' İn the name of ALLAH.

Means we are not killing it for fun,we are doing by the name of ALLAH to eat.

And as for fish,we don't really slaughter them,we fish them, and it has no other way than that.

İ hope that would answer your question.

Btw,we don't only eat porks, but we don't eat anything got nail too, meaning ,like dogs, cats, things like that.

And we don't eat things has been hunted and killed by another animal too.'Doğru mu ? not just lions,Doğru ?'

Ramazan Mübarek!

Wishing all health, prosperity
and happiness during Ramazan
and throughout the coming year.

As White Angel said, Christians are fasting too for 40 days on Easter. Maybe little different but the idea is same.

God bless all of us!

Hayırlı Ramazanlar .

How is it different bliss ?

Here Christians don't cook with fats,just oil i guess,right ??
İ know cause at Eastern we have special food for our Christians people in all food shops, written 'fasted food'

So how is it ?

Canli,i can tell u about othodox christians and our christmas fast in short lines..one week is 'on oil' and the next one is 'on water' and so on.the name says for itself-if it's 'on oil' it means that u prepare food on oil and if it's 'on water' than u boil it.we'r not allowed to eat meat (except fish),milk, eggs, chocolate, basically everything that contains ingredients previously mentioned.these r the basics..

Canli,
I could write here about Christian fasting but I think it will be better if you have links and can read by yourself. This is very good article and hope it will help you to understand:

http://www.goarch.org/en/ourfaith/articles/article8126.asp

You can read in Wikipedia too:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lent

I think for now this is enough.
Best regards
