Dear Susie, I think I should draw your attention to Forum Rule No. 11 :-
11. Postings about tea; explaining any subject from a beverage perspective; trying to influence others with your tea making skills; getting tea involved in any subject and/or any subjects with tea as the main theme is prohibited. This is a BEVERAGE - FREE website where all members should feel comfortable whether they are thirsty, caffeine intolerant, or whatever.

Catwoman - last month I sent numerous complaints and chat logs to one of the admin, but I got no reply. I have since had to get a new screen name.

It doesn't sound like Admin to not reply. You say "one of the admin" - did you actually send it to "Admin" himself?
