Askim, seni bana ne zaman aramak soyle. ve arayacagim

Is this any good?

it should be
aşkim seni ne zaman arayabileceğimi söyle .o zaman arayacağım

or

aşkım seni, aramami istdiğin zaman arayacağım

or

aşkım sadece zamanı söyle, seni o zaman arayayim.

yes you are absolutely right.because there is no such a phrase "tell me when to call" in turkish so i had to re-design it
