Quoting aenigma x:

Pigs are beautiful, intelligent creatures

I don't think so! Listen to the song:

Pigs (Three Different Ones) - Pink Floyd

Big man, pig man, ha ha charade you are.
You well heeled big wheel, ha ha charade you are.
And when your hand is on your heart,
You're nearly a good laugh,
Almost a joker,
With your head down in the pig bin,
Saying "Keep on digging."
Pig stain on your fat chin.
What do you hope to find.
When you're down in the pig mine.
You're nearly a laugh,
You're nearly a laugh
But you're really a cry.

Bus stop rat bag, ha ha charade you are.
You fucked up old hag, ha ha charade you are.
You radiate cold shafts of broken glass.
You're nearly a good laugh,
Almost worth a quick grin.
You like the feel of steel,
You're hot stuff with a hatpin,
And good fun with a hand gun.
You're nearly a laugh,
You're nearly a laugh
But you're really a cry.

Hey you, Whitehouse,
Ha ha charade you are.
You house proud town mouse,
Ha ha charade you are
You're trying to keep our feelings off the street.
You're nearly a real treat,
All tight lips and cold feet
And do you feel abused?
.....! .....! .....! .....!
You gotta stem the evil tide,
And keep it all on the inside.
Mary you're nearly a treat,
Mary you're nearly a treat
But you're really a cry.

Pigs are beautiful, intelligent creatures, but I respect other's religious beliefs...

pigs eat their excrement and loves living in mud.that's why we don't eat them

When pigs are left to live naturally and free, they are forest animals who eat truffles and love to forage in the undergrowth. They use mud to "wallow" and clean their skin of pests. When they are kept as farm animals and thrown food into the same areas they have to extrete, then yes, the poor animals probably end up having to eat it along with the food.

As I said, I respect your religious beliefs. Please do the same courtesy and respect my love of all God's creatures.

Read Leviticus. See what God has to say about eating or even touching this creature!

There is no need for me to read it as I do not eat ANY animal

Yeah, here is the b/pig problem! God always takes side with the pigs! Take George Bush at this point.

UMMMM. It's obvious you didn't read anything before making this statement. If you have time READ Leviticus instead of assuming what it says and then you will see why your statement here is so absurd!

Good me too! Except my reasons are not 'love' of animals. Are you vegan? I am. Maybe we could share some recipes!

No, I am not a vegan. I eat dairy products if they are organic and free-range

I wonder why Allah took the trouble to create such a "filthy, disgusting" creature?

We will know that sooner or later.
But there must be a reason for that other than eating them, for us it is forbidden, even they found a worm inside its tissues too!
Ofcourse i respect your love for them tho,as much as you too respect our disgusting of them !
